Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage 

  • Our products come with a standard 3-year warranty, covering any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. Warranty Period 

  • The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and is valid for 3 years.

3. What Is Covered

  • Defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Malfunction or failure of products under normal usage conditions.

4. What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or abuse.
  • Deviations from installation instructions.
  • Modifications or alterations to the product.
  • Damage resulting from natural disasters, accidents, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
  • Damage caused by utilising too many light tubes per Power Input Cable. *Each Power Input Cable supplied can only be used on a maximum of [70 units of 440mm LED Light tubes] or [24 units of 1200mm LED Light Tubes].
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Any consequential or incidental damages.

5. Claim Procedure

  • To make a warranty claim, please send an email to info@hex-tech.com.au
  • Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue, along with supporting photographs.
  • Our team will guide you through the troubleshooting steps and, if necessary, the replacement process.

6. Replacement

  • If the product is deemed defective, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item.
  • Shipping costs for returning the product will be covered by the customer. However, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

7. Limitations

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The warranty does not extend to products purchased from unauthorised sellers or third-party websites.
